    How do I cancel an order?

    1. If no payment has been made, no further action is required - the order will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

If you have not received your refund after 14 business days, we recommend that you contact your payment provider for details.

    What is a CVV or security number and where can I find it?

    The CVV or security number is usually the 3-digit code on the back of your credit or debit card. On American Express cards, it is a 4-digit code located on the front of the card. This code is typically used for verification purposes to prevent fraud, especially for online purchases. Providing a CVV number means that the person placing the order actually owns the card.

    Why did my payment not go through?

    Please see the instructions in the error message - we have customized it to be as useful as possible in each case. If the error persists, please try placing a new order or contact us at support@1000SKU.com. Some common reasons for payment failure: Online transaction not enabled on the card Transaction has been declined by the issuer Incorrect card details provided at the time of payment Insufficient card balance.     How long will it take me to pay when I place an order?

    After placing an order, your item will be held for 24 hours - you can pay at any time during that period. If you decide to pay after 24 hours, you will have to place another order. Please note that if you place an order later, there is no guarantee that it will be in stock.

    Does 1000SKU.com collect and store my credit/debit card details?

    Please be assured that we will never collect your card details. After confirming your order on the checkout page, you will be redirected to the encrypted page of our payment service provider to provide your card details.


    Ordering and Shipping

    How are stocks reserved?

    When you click "Checkout", the items in your cart will be reserved for you. Please note that orders must be paid for within 24 hours. Adding a product to your cart will not hold the item for you.

    Why was my order cancelled when I tried to pay?

    Your order has been cancelled due to a time limit on payment. After 24 hours of placing an order, if the order has not been paid for, the order will be automatically cancelled.

    When will I receive my order?

    All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping times depend on the shipping methods available in your area.
    Standard shipping - 5-10 business days for delivery (subject to stock availability)
    International shipping - 7-20 business days delivery (depending on stock availability)

    Why does my status show Pending Payment after successful payment?

    This may be a delay in the status of your order. Please check your account after 24 hours. If the status is still "Pending" after 24 hours, please contact us and we will forward your question to our payment team.

    What if my package is missing?

    If you think your package is missing or lost, please contact 1000SKU.com support as soon as possible. We will conduct a full investigation to determine the next steps. Once we have all the relevant information, it will take 5 to 7 business days to process. We will do our best to process your case as quickly as possible.

    What shipping methods do you offer?

    For most locations, we have two shipping options - Standard and International. Standard shipping is available for items available in our overseas warehouses and International shipping is available for items that need to be shipped from our China warehouse, which requires a longer delivery time than the former.

    What happens if my package is returned to the warehouse?

    Most of our couriers will make 3 attempts to deliver a package before it is marked as undeliverable. Once your package is marked as undeliverable, it will be returned to the warehouse.     Why are the prices different in different countries?

    Prices in the different countries we ship to depend on operating costs, taxes and other factors. Our goal is to set the lowest feasible price for each market.
