    All products purchased from our online store come with a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. In addition, we offer a one-year warranty on all products, starting from the date you place your order.

    Here are the basic facts about how it works.
    30-day money-back guarantee for any reason

    Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item is returned to 1000SKU.COM's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. The customer will be charged a maximum of one shipping charge (including returns); no restocking fee charged to the consumer upon return of the product.

    1. the return must include all accessories.
    2. items must include the original packaging.
    3. non-quality-related warranty claims, with shipping charges borne by the buyer.
    4. non-quality related warranty claims, 1000SKU.COM refunds the cost of the product itself.
    5. products that do not meet the above requirements may be refused for return.

    Refund requests under the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after the warranty claim is filed. Refund requests for non-quality related issues cannot be processed for items that have been out of stock for more than 30 days.


    Not covered by warranty for:
    1. products that were not purchased at 1000SKU.COM.
    2. products that have been lost or stolen.
    3. items that have exceeded the warranty period.
    4. no quality problems (after 30 days of purchase).
    5. free products.
    6. repairs through third parties.
    7. external damage.
    8. damage caused by improper use of the product (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water ingress, improper operation of the device).
    9. purchase from unauthorized distributors.
    10. consumable parts such as brushes, filters, etc. are not included.

    1000SKU.COM does not assume responsibility for:
    1. loss of data resulting from the use of 1000SKU.COM products.
    2. the return of personal items sent to 1000SKU.COM.

    When returning items with a prepaid shipping label provided by 1000SKU.COM, 1000SKU.COM is responsible for any damage or loss caused during shipping. For non-quality related returns, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred in transit. For non-quality related warranty claims, 1000SKU.COM does not offer refunds for items damaged in shipping.
